Updated target timelines for several features in the roadmap.

Pull request overview
Updates the project roadmap to reflect revised target timelines for several planned driver features.
Changes:
- Adjusted target quarters for dictionary row fetching, async execution, vector datatype support, TVPs, and JSON datatype support.
- Removed several previously listed roadmap items from the table.
